We accept a range of insurance plans for medical dermatology visits, including rashes, acne, moles, and skin cancer screenings.

Cosmetic services are not covered by insurance and are offered on a self-pay basis. We will always review pricing with you in advance of any treatment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as checks and Zelle. We do not accept cash.

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Damaged, opened, or used items are not eligible.
Approved returns are credited to your account for use toward another product or future visit — no cash refunds.
After scheduling, you will receive an email verification to your preferred e-mail to access the MAK Dermatology patient portal via ***com. Please fill out your medical history online before you arrive for your appointment if possible, and plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check-in.
Items to bring to all your appointments are:
1. Valid Photo ID
2. Insurance Cards, both Primary and Secondary
3. Valid Credit Card/HSA Card
4. List of Current Medications
Referrals are not required by our office, but may be required by your insurance plan. It is the patient’s responsibility to obtain a referral if your plan requires one.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Fees for late cancellations and no-shows:
All cancellation fees are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a seamless experience for all patients.
During your cosmetic consultation, Dr. Kahn will evaluate your concerns, provide a thorough treatment plan, and answer all your questions.
The consultation fee is $350, which is applied toward the cost of your procedure. Your procedure may be performed the same day or within 3 months of the consultation.
The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer financing at this time.
